The controversial music manager Wack 100 recently hopped on Instagram and shared some alarming news.
According to Wack, the legendary DJ Kay Slay is currently in the hospital battling COVID-19. The situation seems dire based on the scant information provided by Wack 100.  He shared a photo of the mixtape legend along with the caption, “Pray for my brotha @djkayslay It’s not looking good. He might be mad at me for this those that know Slay but he needs all the support he can get … Been 14 days fighting Covid and he’s just be put on a ventilator. Keep him in your prayers Please.”
