Diddy took to Instagram on Tuesday (October 31) to reveal that Warner Bros. had sent him a cease and desist letter over his Joker costume from 2023.
In the video, Diddy stated:
“Breaking Halloween news. Last year after I did the Black Joker, I got a bunch of emails from the studio telling me to not be the Joker anymore, that I was breaching the trademark. So I don’t know what I’m going to be this year.”
A short while later, Diddy made a short film to reveal his look as Batman, who he called “The Darkest Knight.” In the video, Batman breaks into the office of a studio executive to demand that they end the Hollywood writers strike.
