Dave East stopped by Hot97 to chop it up with Funk Flex and share his thoughts about the murder of Nipsey Hussle.
He has openly stated how much he emulated Nipsey in the past and reiterated the point during his sit down with Flex. Dave said Nip was the blueprint for street dudes such as himself who had found their path to success but didn’t want to cut themselves off from the people in the process. He said Nipsey knew what he wanted to do in life and was always moving toward those goals which Dave saw as inspirational.
