Tenants in the West Ridge house in neighborhoods of North Chicago recently bore witness to a horrific chain of events that resulted in their landlord getting dismembered by their roommate in a gruesome murder case that has made national headlines.
The incident occured inside a home owned by an elderly woman named Frances Walker (68). According to reports, her tenants grew concerned for her well-being when they heard a scream around 2:30 pm on Monday and did not see or hear from her within 24 hours after that. They also grew very suspicious of their fellow occupant, Sanda Kolalou (36), whom many of them were already afraid of, when she called a tow truck and had them haul away a large bag.
