Billie Eilish made headlines last week, following a controversial appearance on the Howard Stern Show.

During her tell-all interview, the seven-time Grammy Award winner stated that she watched so much porn at the age of 11 that it severely damaged her childhood, causing sleep paralysis and nightmares. As the conversation continued, the pop singer condemned the porn industry for its portrayal of women on camera. The 20-year-old singer-songwriter spoke to Howard Stern saying:

“I used to watch a lot of porn, to be honest, I started watching porn when I was like 11. I think it really destroyed my brain and I feel incredibly devastated that I was exposed to so much porn. I’m so angry that porn is so loved, and I’m so angry at myself for thinking that it was okay. The way that vaginas look in porn is f****** crazy. No vaginas look like that. Women’s bodies don’t look like that. We don’t come like that.”

In response to Billie Eilish’s interview with Howard Stern, former porn star Randy Spears voiced his support of the singer and the way in which she has brought public attention to the topic.
