Big Tigger won’t face any legal consequences after prosecutors decided to drop the battery and child cruelty charges that landed him in custody back in June.
The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office made the call to decline prosecution, effectively closing the door on what started as a domestic dispute that spiraled into a three-way legal nightmare involving his estranged wife, his radio co-host, and now law enforcement itself. The charges stemmed from a May incident at his Sandy Springs home where he allegedly shoved his wife Alicia Brown during an argument about text messages from a female colleague, sending her headfirst into an office door.
Big Tigger denied the allegations from the jump, and according to WSB-TV, the DA’s decision to walk away suggests the case had serious problems. He stepped back from “The Big Tigger Morning Show” on V-103 after his arrest, but that move didn’t stop the chaos from multiplying. Brown got arrested on Interstate 85 in Hart County on kidnapping and custodial interference warrants from Baltimore tied to a 2019 missing persons case.
