Bangladesh Says It Took Kelis Took 17 Years to Sign Off on Royalties for “Bossy”

Producer Bangladesh recently claimed that it took him a long time to get paid for helping to create “Bossy,” one of the singer-turned-chef’s biggest songs. 

While speaking to the folks at BagFuel, the producer spoke on the issues he faced creating the song, calling the process with the singer “difficult.” Bangladesh then spoke about the royalty situation for the song, claiming that the singer kept pushing to get a bigger cut of the song even though she offered minimal input.
