In the wake of their terminated partnership, Adidas is reportedly scrambling to figure out what to do with the $530 million worth of Yeezy branded sneakers they are sitting on.
The company stated in November that they would continue selling Ye’s designed sneakers without the Yeezy branding and reportedly ended production of all Yeezy branded products since the termination of their deal. However, the $530 million worth of inventory puts Adidas in a difficult position considering that they can’t sell the shoes at risk of undermining the moral stance they took in terminating their partnership with Ye.
