On the 19th anniversary of Aaliyah’s passing, the late singer’s estate provided an update on the R&B star’s music finally arriving on streaming platforms.
This isn’t the first time that fans have been teased with Aaliyah’s music finally arriving on digital platforms. In 2017, a greatest hits collection was pulled just hours after being available on Apple Music. Fans were also expecting the singer’s full discography to be available on her birthday earlier this year after an announcement was made from a Twitter account believing to be her uncle, who oversees her catalogue. As of now, only Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number is available on major streaming services, while fans wait for One in a Million and her 2001 self-titled album.
Official message from the Estate of Aaliyah Haughton. Thank you for your continued love and support! 🙏
