The Grammys recently delivered a 50th anniversary tribute to hip-hop during the show.
It included Missy Elliott, Lil Uzi Vert, Run-DMC, Queen Latifah, Black Thought and The Roots, Lil Baby, GloRilla, Method Man, Rakim, and more. Scarface also appeared, briefly performing “Mind Playing Tricks on Me,” an impactful record from the southern group Geto Boys. Despite the song being performed, only Scarface appeared, which caused Willie D to call out the Grammys for snubbing him.
