According to reports, a federal judge in Texas has struck down President Biden’s student loan by ruling in favor of the conservative advocacy group, the Job Creators Network Foundation.
U.S. District Judge Mark T. Pittman ruled in favor of the two plaintiffs behind the suit: one who has student loans and doesn’t qualify for the $20,000 relief and a second who is completely unqualified.
