50 Cent Says Kanye West’s Presidential Run is “A Diversion”

Kanye West recently revealed that he plans on running for president, with many being vocal on how they feel about the producer taking a shot at running the United States.

Among those people voicing their opinion, former rival 50 Cent was candid on how he felt about West’s announcement. Fifty noted he feels West is looking to distract people with his actions. 50 Cent said, “I’m going to contemplate running myself. I’m going to run to create a diversion for someone else. The new thing is to run to create a diversion and distract people. Would you run against someone who just gave you $2 million?” 50 is referring to Kanye’s YEEZY company reportedly receiving over $2 million in funds from Trump’s Paycheck Protection Program, which allegedly saved 100 jobs at the company. 50 continued saying, “Remember the last president called you a jackass? Maybe that’s why you embrace this one.”
