50 Cent Says He Turned Down $1.3M Deal Because of Label’s Affiliation With Murder Inc.

50 Cent recently sat down for an interview and spoke about how he turned down a massive $1.3 million record deal because the label that wanted to sign him was connected to Murder Inc. and Irv Gotti. 

The TV showrunner spoke about an interview Gotti did with Hot 107.9 where he talked about allegedly blocking 50 from getting signed to numerous record deals. “Irv was talking in the interview and he was talking about he was blocking me. Like he was blocking everything. He said, ‘I blocked him into a good situation.’ And it just went off,” said the rapper. He continued saying “And, I saw the situations I didn’t feel where he felt he was blocking me at that point. But I wouldn’t do business with anyone who had direct associations or any influence to the things that they had that was working.”
