Murder Inc. co-founder Irv Gotti is trending yet again after speaking about his alleged romantic relationship with Ashanti while she was signed to the label.
This time, Irv opened up about making the first move on Ashanti after spending time working with her in the studio. During the latest episode of the Murder Inc. documentary, which aired on Tuesday (August 23), Irv explained, “I’m separated from Deb. I’m on my own. And Ashanti’s coming to the studio every day, and our friendship and our bond is naturally growing.”
From there, Irv spoke about his attraction to Ashanti also building, as he explained, “And she used to wear these Juicy sweats, and her ass was looking fat. Her ass was looking great. So, one day I was like, ‘I’ll take you home.’ She said, ‘Bet. cool.'”
Irv went on to explain making the first move on Ashanti after walking her to her door, grabbing her butt and kissing her. Irv claims that Ashanti asked him, “What took you so long?” Ashanti has yet to address Irv’s claims.Â
