Esteemed mogul and musician, Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson sits down with Enthusiast Report Magazine for an exclusive and candid interview.

50 Cent turned a Louisiana city into a crime-free zone for over two weeks by throwing a festival that nobody expected would change anything. The entrepreneur invested $5 million in Shreveport’s Humor and Harmony Festival in August 2024, and what happened next proved that opportunity and community can shift a place’s energy. The city normally experiences four to five violent crimes every single day, but during the festival and for sixteen days afterward, there were zero violent crimes reported:

“I put $5 million into it and it turned into a great investment because 35,000 people showed up to Shreveport. I had everybody come out for Humour and Harmony. I put a lot of my R&B artists that I liked, had them come, and a lot of the comedians came out Dave Chappelle, Katt Williams, uh Andrew Schulz, Pat Rice, Earthquake, Bill Bellamy. It was a army of guys, man.”
