In a recent Vlad TV interview, rapper Papoose opened up about his ongoing beef with 50 Cent, calling him a “hater and troublemaker” who targets only Black and Latino figures.

Papoose revealed that the tension dates back several years, with 50 Cent repeatedly sending disrespectful messages and trolling him online. Despite advice to ignore the provocations, Papoose says he chose to respond when 50’s attacks became relentless. The conflict recently escalated when 50 Cent posted a controversial meme involving Papoose’s wife, boxing champion Claressa Shields, which many saw as a disrespectful jab at their relationship. Papoose criticized 50 Cent for fueling false narratives and stirring drama within the Black and Latino communities, noting that 50 rarely targets others outside these groups. While 50 Cent later issued a rare apology, claiming to be a fan of Claressa, Papoose called out 50’s tactics as manipulative, designed to provoke responses and then delete posts to frame others as instigators.

Papoose opened up about the ongoing feud with 50 Cent, revealing that Fab, Maino, Jim Jones, and Dave East “tore 50’s a** up” after 50 disrespectfully challenged them on the “Oh Let’s Rap About It” podcast. According to Papoose, 50’s response was lackluster and “trash,” failing to live up to the intensity of their bars. Papoose highlighted how 50 disrespected multiple artists before targeting him and Clarissa, prompting Papoose to record a quick freestyle and song, though he delayed releasing it out of respect for Clarissa’s major boxing fight. He also addressed 50’s supposed response track featuring Max B, clarifying that the song was originally a Max B track from before 50’s involvement and called out the song for being underwhelming. Papoose criticized 50’s social media tactics, claiming false narratives were pushed by bots and fake accounts. The rapper emphasized that the real hip-hop heads know who won this clash lyrically.
