Boosie has transformed a 6-acre plot of grassland into a stunning private fishing retreat, investing around $200,000 into the project.
The estate features a fully stocked lake with up to 4,000 pounds of catfish, including some weighing as much as 32 pounds. Boosie has installed automatic feeders that dispense food three times daily to help the fish grow large for guests to catch and enjoy.
The property includes a dock equipped with a TV for watching the game while fishing, as well as a dedicated cleaning station where fish are prepared fresh. Boosie frequently harvests fish from the lake, selling some at parties, making an additional income of $20,000 to $30,000. He also added crawfish to the waters, enhancing the ecosystem. Spending several days a week at the lake, this serene fishing haven is Boosie’s personal escape and a unique blend of relaxation and sport.
In a new mural unveiled at Boosie Estates, Boosie pays tribute to iconic figures who shaped his life and career. The vibrant mural features legends such as Kobe Bryant, Bob Marley, Rich Homie Quan, Pimp C, and Soulja Slim, each with deep personal significance to Boosie. Highlighting Pimp C’s pivotal role in his journey, Boosie emphasized the late rapper’s influence and legacy. The mural also honors LSU football star Kyren Lacy, who tragically took his own life, and celebrates Soulja Slim, a Louisiana rap legend known for his authenticity. C-Murder, the only living person depicted, shares a bond with Boosie from their time in Angola prison. Boosie also plans to add more influential figures, including Nipsey Hussle and boxing greats Floyd Mayweather and Pernell Whitaker, making the mural an evolving tribute to resilience, culture, and inspiration within his community.
Boosie is transforming his estate into an entertainment paradise, featuring a giant outdoor movie projector beside the pool and a dedicated stage for live performances. The secondary pool area now boasts a Dubai-inspired setup, complete with luxurious outdoor bathrooms equipped with TVs and DVD players to enjoy films while showering. The estate also includes four guest houses initially intended for his children, now available for rent to party guests seeking luxury accommodations. With ongoing construction including a secondary basketball court and lavish upgrades, Boosie’s compound is rapidly becoming a premier venue for entertainment and exclusive events.
