Cardi B’s Doctor Did Not See Rapper Physically Assault Security Guard

The doctor, who was examining Cardi B, took the stand to testify about what happened while she was visiting his office.

David Finke is a gynecologist who treated Cardi B at a medical facility in Beverly Hills, California, in February 2018. He witnessed the aftermath of the confrontation between Cardi and security guard Emani Ellis, and he testified as a defense witness for Cardi in her civil assault trial in Los Angels County Superior Court on Wednesday, August 27, day 4).

The doctor said he heard yelling while he was in his office, then ran and saw the altercation. He testified that his receptionist was allegedly struck and injured during the incident. He claimed he did not see the rapper do anything to Emani Ellis.
