Rick Ross marked Juneteenth with a personal milestone in Clarksdale, Mississippi, where city officials unveiled “Rick Ross Way” in recognition of his lasting contributions to the community and culture.
The ceremony drew a crowd of supporters, local leaders and longtime residents who gathered to celebrate the Hip-Hop mogul’s return to his hometown. The street naming adds to a busy month for Ross, who earlier hosted the 4th annual Rick Ross Car & Bike Show at his Fayetteville, Georgia estate, The Promise Land. He also received a congressional proclamation from Rep. Nikema Williams and resolutions from Georgia Rep. Debra Bazemore and Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr.
Rick Ross is currently preparing to release new music, including a collaboration with Pharrell, with the music video recently filmed in Paris.
