Sharay “The Punisher” Hayes, a former escort who testified in Sean Diddy Combs’ federal sex trafficking case, publicly apologized to Cassie Ventura during a CNN interview, expressing regret for his involvement in encounters she later described as abusive.
Hayes, who worked as a dancer and escort, testified earlier this month that he was hired by Diddy for eight to 12 so-called “freak offs” with Ventura over roughly two and a half years. He said he often didn’t realize who the couple was until after the fact. According to Hayes, he was told to meet Ventura in hotel rooms and instructed, “I was specifically told to not acknowledge her husband.”
He also claimed Diddy would sometimes observe the encounters while wearing a veil or hijab, which made the environment uncomfortable for him as a performer. Ventura has testified that she was coerced into participating in the “freak offs” and subjected to manipulation, blackmail and psychological abuse by Diddy.
