Dame Dash Says He Celebrated When a Judge Ordered Him to Sell His Roc-A-Fella Shares

Dame Dash is speaking out about a judge ordering him to sell his shares in Roc-A-Fella to pay an $823,000 judgment to filmmaker Josh Webber and Muddy Waters Pictures.  

While speaking on his America Nu platform, Dame explained:

“I just want to sell it and use it to fund my other businesses. Jay pretended to be the CEO of Roc-A-Fella and hired his lawyers on behalf of Roc-A-Fella Inc. They illegally attempted to change the charter. Jay is using my money to pay his lawyers to sue me for something I didn’t do. Finally the judge said, ‘Yo, he could sell his stake.’ The statutes you put in place in 2021 don’t apply. ‘You can’t tell this man he can’t sell his personal property.’ So now I can put it up for auction like I originally wanted.”
