During his sit-down on The Breakfast Club, French Montana spoke about how Nipsey Hussle’s death stopped him from buying his own block. 

French explained that watching the video of Nipsey being killed in the parking lot of his store, Marathon Clothing, in South Central Los Angeles, was the most disgusting thing he’s ever watched. He added that the incident changed his mind about buying his own block. He went on to speak about his close friend, rapper Chinx, who was killed in his own borough of Queens, and he added that this also reinstalled that he didn’t want to buy back his block in the Bronx.
