The working relationship between Skip Bayless and Lil Wayne goes way back–before the addition of Stephen A. Smith on First Take.
Last week on The Skip Bayless Show, the award-winning sports commentator from Oklahoma City revealed that Lil Wayne recently texted him the brand new theme song for the upcoming Undisputed relaunch. The 71-year-old heaped praise on the track by his “brother Lil Wayne,” saying that the re-make was even better than the original, which he did not think was possible. On Monday, Skip took to Instagram and shared a picture of himself standing next to Lil Wayne, along with the announcement that they had just shot a video for the show’s new song called “Good Morning.”
FS1 will relaunch Undisputed on August 28th. Lil Wayne will join the debate desk every Friday to talk sports with his longtime friend.
