49-year-old Actor, rapper, producer, and comedian Willard Carroll Smith Jr. (Will Smith)took to Instagram on Sunday (January 7) to share some motivational words with his fans and followers.
According to the clips posted on his Instagram story, his inspiring words were filmed while he was driving in a car. No stranger to success himself, the veteran entertainer began his speech by explaining why failure is an integral part of success. He began, “Fail early, fail often, fail forward. It’s always a little bit frustrating to me when people have a negative relationship with failure. Failure is a massive part of being able to be successful. You have to get comfortable with failure, you have to seek failure because failure is where all of the lessons are.”
He continued to say that successful people fail a lot, and encouraged viewers to keep “taking shots” and practicing. View the full video below.
