The Los Angeles Lakers are just one more win away from locking up their record 17th world championship and the first time since 2010.
Their matchup against the Miami Heat has proven to be more challenging than anticipated, especially over the course of the last two games. Game 4 was a back-and-forth match due in part to the slow starts both LeBron and Anthony Davis had in the first half. After turning up the heat in the second half, LeBron and AD combined for over 30 second-half points, punctuated by Anthony Davis’s dagger three-pointer to seal the deal. The shot garnered an emotional reaction from LeBron who couldn’t contain his excitement and undoubtedly some relief that the Lakers will wrap this up by Game 5.
