Lil Wayne revealed that he met with Donald Trump before the disgraced president left office.

Wayne tweeted a photo of him and Trump, and noted that he was in support of what Trump did with criminal reform, along with an alleged “Platinum Plan” to “give the community real ownership.” Since then, Trump incited a riot and is facing impeachment despite not being in office. However, he didn’t leave without making sure Wayne and others were pardoned. Before being pardoned, Wayne was facing serious prison time, as the rapper pled guilty to a gun charge in December. This past week, Lil Wayne’s presidential pardon was reportedly filed in South Florida federal court, and now the official letter signed by Trump for Wayne has surfaced.
