According to reports, Lil Durk has turned down a $200K deal with a weed brand and used his IG Story as a way of making the rejected deal public.
“Turn $200k down for a weed post,” Durk said on his story. “I rather promote my brother weed first.” Despite the status of Lil Durk enjoys in the game today, $200K is still no small amount of money and definitely not something to scoff at. However, Durk seems to have chosen a noble reason to turn down the deal by instead saying he’d rather promote his friend’s brand. Not to mention,
Durk also does much to give back to the community, most recently in the form of scholarships to Howard University.
