The greatness of LeBron James this season has been a true testament to his 15-year career.

The 33-year-old superstar played all 82 regular season games as well as all 18 playoff games to make it to his 8th consecutive NBA finals (4th consecutive against the Golden State Warriors). While the road was not easy for the Cleveland Cavaliers as they dealt with injuries and rosters changes, LeBron says there was a time he questioned whether the team would make it to the NBA Finals.

In an interview with ESPN’s Rachel Nichols, James explained that his issues with the Cavs started from the offseason.

“Even if you start back to the summertime where I felt like it was just bad for our franchise just to be able to trade away our superstar point guard,” James said. “Obviously I wasn’t a part of the communications and know exactly what went on between the two sides. But I just felt like it was bad timing for our team.”
