Donald Trump might be facing new competition in the upcoming 2020 Presidential election, with former Vice President Joe Biden proclaiming that he’s strongly considering a run at becoming the 45th President of the United States.
“I think I’m the most qualified person in the country to be President,” Biden said to a thunderous applause during a speech at the University of Montana. “I’ve been doing this my whole adult life, and the issues that are most consequential relating to the plight of the middle class and our foreign policy are things that I know a great deal about.”
Biden says he’s going to take the next two months to decide with his family if he wants to run, while consenting to his critics that although he might be a “gaffe machine,” that’s a big improvement from someone “who can’t tell the truth.”
