J. Cole returns with another visual off of his critically acclaimed new album, The Off-Season. Cole has released a video for “p u n c h i n‘ . t he . c l o c k,” directed Scott Lazer.

The Fayetteville rapper hits the streets of New York in his latest video. He hails a cab before rapping out the backseat window for the majority of the Scott Lazer-directed clip. At the end, he gets out and grabs some food from a street vendor. “Punchin’ the Clock” is the third visual from Cole’s chart-topping album The Off-Season following “Applying Pressure” and “Amari.” The Off-Season debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, becoming Cole’s sixth chart-topper.

Last week, Cole completed his stint with the Rwanda Patriots in the inaugural Basketball Africa League. He played three games and scored five points before returning home due to a “family obligation.”
