Hurricane Chris reflects back to learning the verdict that acquitted him all on charges of murdering Danzeria O. Farris Jr. back in June 2020.
The Louisiana-based rapper explains his thought process during the two-hour waiting period while the members of the jury deliberated in order to make their final decision. He said upon learning the verdict, most of the spectators got up and walked out as if they were disappointed in the ruling. He also explains that the prosecutors aimed for him to get life in prison. Lastly, the 34-year-old rapper also talks about crying upon hearing the ruling, paying $20K for his ankle monitor, and the great feeling of being able to take a bath again once it was finally removed.
