According to reports, the House of Representatives passed a sweeping gun bill that moves the purchasing age for assault rifles from 18-years-old to 21-years-old.

Despite the overwhelming support for the bill in the House, many believe it doesn’t stand much of a chance within Senate. The bill, called the Protecting Our Kids Act, will also place a ban on the sale of large-capacity magazines and implement new measures to dictate proper home storage of firearms.
