Recently, tragic news surfaced noting ‘Million Dollaz Worth of Game’ host Gillie Da Kid’s son—YNG Cheese, was fatally shot. The artist and showrunner spoke out against gun violence while at the funeral of his son, and now he has broken his silence on social media since the loss. Via Instagram, Gillie posted a photo of his son, along with the caption:
Since then, the rapper-turned-podcaster spoke to a crowd about his son during his ‘GillieFest’ concert. Gillie thanked people for showing love towards him and reaching out after the loss of his son was reported. He then told the crowd, “Now we gon’ party, we gon’ live for my son. Long live cheese.”
