At least 30 people have been indicted and taken into custody on Wednesday in the “largest methamphetamine seizure” in West Virginia’s history.
Authorities say they recovered “significantly over 200 pounds” of methamphetamine in addition to 28 pounds of cocaine and about 20 pounds of fentanyl. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 30 people were federally indicted in the investigation with another 24 people were charged at the state level.
