Legend has it that the first ever pizza delivery occurred during the late 1880s in Naples, Italy, when an award-winning pizza maker named Raffaele Esposito brought one of his famous pies to Queen Margherita upon her request.

As the wheel of time turned, delivering pizzas became an American way of life during the mid-1940s. This week, the American franchise Dominos Pizza revealed that some concertgoers at the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset (United Kingdom) would receive their orders via a delivery person in a jet suit.
