Berner spoke to VladTV about getting in the marijuana industry at the ground level and working his way up to management and later owning several dispensaries.
He spoke about getting harassment from the feds when he was managing a dispensary as a teenager, and Berner added that they can still shut people down because marijuana isn’t legal in California on a federal level.
