It appears the late rapper and actor will be getting his name immortalized on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. 

Tupac’s ceremony will take place on June 7, a week ahead of his 52nd birthday, according to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. They also noted the addition of Shakur’s name would be the Walk of Fame’s 2,758th star. Los Angeles radio staple Big Boy is set to host the ceremony, while writer Jamal Joseph and director Allen Hughes will serve as guest speakers. The rapper’s sister Sekyiwa “Set” Shakur will accept the star on his behalf.Â
