Star actor Daniel Kaluuya’s breakout role came courtesy of the award-winning film Get Out.
Despite being the lead actor in the movie, Kaluuya revealed to Graham Norton that he was never invited to the film’s premiere. Kaluuya explained that he was filming Black Panther during the Sundance Film Festival, but cleared his schedule in order to attend. However, the invite was never extended. mAfter nabbing 26 nominations for his performance in Get Out, Kaluuya still maintains a positive relationship with the film’s director, writer, and producer Jordan Peele as he’s currently in negotiations to co-star in Peele’s next film.
