One of the largest migrant caravans in recent history is slowly making its way through Mexico to the United States.
The traveling convoy is said to have begun somewhere near the southern city of Tapachula and it includes various groups of people from countries all over the world, such as Guatemala, Nicaragua, Haiti, India, and Africa. Many of the people in the convoy are trying to escape poverty, famine, and corruption in their native countries. The migrant caravan is being led by an organizer from the Center for Human Dignification named Luis Villagran.
